      Every home we build is built to order, meaning the customising of our designs, or the building of yours can be achieved with relative ease, and therefore relatively little expense.

      Our philosophy is simple;

      Design – We are proud of our work, and want to ensure the homes we build maximise our client’s requirements along with that of their land. We don’t like a square peg in a round whole, and will communicate with our clients to ensure a harmonious synergy between your home and your land’s specific characteristics.

      Owner requests – We recognise this is your home, and it’s the first and last asset you will experience every day. Most of your life’s memories will happen in your home, so we’re with you. Let’s get the backdrop to your memories right and make it yours.

      Cost – We don’t charge to make changes, we only charge (or refund) the cost of the changes.
